Structure: bolted bonnet, welded bonnet, self seal bonnet.Valve disc moves around the middle line of valve seat, as its stroke ofturning on or off is short, so it has a very reliable shutoff performance.

Using standards

1. Design and manufacture: API 602, ASME B16.34

2. Socket weld end: ASME B 16.11;

3. Thread end: ANSI/ASME B1.20.1

4. Test: API 598

Product features

1. simple structure, easy to manufacture and maintenance;

2. short stroke, and short time for opening and closing;

3. good seal, small friction force; but:

4. The fluid resistance is large, so it needs a big opening and closing force;

5. It is not suitable for the media with particles and high viscosity, and medium that easy to coke;

6. It doesn’t has a good regulation performance.
